Faizah Latif, Clinical Director of Duha Therapy
Duha Collective creates space for the conversations that are often difficult to have - from anxiety and burnout to cultural expectations, relationships, trauma, identity, and what healing can look like as a Muslim.
Through therapy, education, speaking, advocacy, and storytelling, the goal is to make mental-health support feel more understood, accessible, and culturally responsive.

Support that respects your spirituality without judgment.

Therapy that understands identity, family, community, and belonging.

Care that moves at the pace of safety.

Tools for anxiety, boundaries, self-trust, and emotional healing.

For anxiety, trauma, depression, burnout, identity, relationships, and life transitions.

Faith-informed and culturally responsive workshops for schools, organizations, and communities.

Reflections and tools to support healing between sessions.

Hi, I'm Faizah.
I founded Duha Collective because I saw too many people searching for mental health care that reflected who they were - not just the challenges they were facing.
As a Registered Social Worker, university counsellor, educator, and speaker, my work is rooted in one belief:
Healing begins when people feel seen.
Faizah speaks on mental health, burnout, chronic illness, Muslim wellbeing, identity, and psychological safety for workplaces, schools, conferences, and community organizations.
You don't have to navigate healing alone.
Whether you're exploring therapy for the first time or returning after previous experiences that didn't feel like the right fit, I'd be honoured to walk alongside you.
